OAKDALE & PENMAEN COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIP - OFFICERS MEETING

Chairman

The Chairman opened the meeting and proceeded by distributing correspondence obtained from various funding sources. The Treasurer is to act where needs arise.

Treasurer

The Treasurer reported that as to date the bank had not produced the necessary documentation to proceed with the opening of the account. It was felt that there was no urgency as to date no funds were available to pay in.

Partnership Network Event

It was agreed that all officers would attend a presentation on the 31st March at Tredomen. There would be a presentation by another partnership and also that of the main funders. This will then be reported back to the partnership.

Roll In Roll Out

A proof was produced of the Ron In Roll Out leaflet and agreement made to proceed with distribution when printed using the network used previously for the focus booklet. Additional members would be recruited to make things easier. A full discussion took place regarding the 17th April. It was agreed that we contact the Campaign, Argus, Western Mail and Derek the Weatherman.

Short discussions took place on the following:

3. Redgra Area, School
4. Logo

The meeting concluded at 7.49pm.
